A staff member working on the prescriptions counter was NOT covering her nose with her mask. When I pointed it out to her and other staff members, it made no difference. As many of the customers are there because of health issues, this is totally unacceptable.

The regular customer card gives great dollar benefits and the fact Afterpay is available in store is a great advantage if wanting to purchase gifts. Staff member Sally always makes time for me and is a wonderful dispensary assistant, as well as Estee Lauder representative.

Generally helpful if you need to ask a question and have someone look at something then recommend a product. They have really nice giftware and homrwares as of the last year or so. Still a total rip-off when it comes to prices. We need a Chemist Warehouse in Hamilton

Staff ignore you when you enter as they chat with locals instead. Not only bad service but prices are expensive and your better off going to Casterton pharmacy for the same item which is 20 percent cheaper.

A Rip-off if you want a prescription, paid almost triple what I would at CW, never again Jimmy.The town NEEDS a Chemist Warehouse badly!The reduction of the PBS co-payment should change things hopefully.
