Very poor customer service and doesn’t know what they are doing, the initial fee we agreed on the conveniencing cost and professional fee was $1,300 inc gst, but they charged me more than $2000. Later on when I settled in I asked for invoice and they sent it to me which was for $1680 when I asked them why you charged me more than the agreed fee and why you haven’t reimbursed the difference back to me yet as per your invoice, they said the bank has charged us blah blah but when I asked the bank, bank said that all fees payable by you is already included in your loan repayments.This is just ripping of people, they are more like thief than a solicitor.Not recommending to anyone at all as they will never stick to their word and they will rip you off and makes the purchase process horrible.
