Automated car wash service great when it works.Staff : Careful.Told the staff twice that I wanted the 2 for $20 car wash.Checked my receipt, it's the 2 for $30 car wash. Should have double checked the price of what was billed before tapping.Very, very shady service. Unacceptable behaviour. There was no language barrier whatsoever. Staff intentionally charged for the higher service and expected, to my misfortune, that I would just tap and leave.Fair warning to you all. Double check your receipts before leaving. Make sure you pay for what you wanted and not what you were forced to pay for.

What a disgrace! Lined up for 35 mins for the car wash. Code INVALID so could not use the car wash. Waste of $20. Staff refused to do anything about it. How many people are they ripping off! They’ve lost another customer! Never again!

Car wash rarely works. I bought a ticket for 2 washes but couldn’t do the second wash because the machine was broken for more than a month. I was finally able to get the refund (ticket for another wash) after a long time. The staff are very unprofessional.

Must say the service at the Coles Express is the worst i have seen among all stores visited so far. Their car wash and coffee vending machine seems to be out of order always.

Details and advertises for 24 hour service. Well I just found out, it does not. Doors are locked, which at midnight one would expect and despite staff there and needing to knock on the door 3 times and ring the buzzer twice i could see staff in the fridge ignoring me until he came out, swore at me and said they were not open and to ignore the 24 hour sign above the door. Gross service and don’t advertise hours in major signs above the door if you’re not going to follow it.

Absolute joke of a car wash. It's either not working or you're give code's that are not valid for the stated dates. 15 bucks for piece of paper that has codes that give errors. I waited 40mins to be to told the code is nit valid. I know 100% I only used the code once and no one else had access to the code. Staff are of no use. A drive thru car wash is supposed to make life easier and faster, this does the opposite, you'll be told to come back again tomorrow to speak to a manager as they can't help.

Hi All,I had a very bad experience with Coles express in Rouse Hill.I went to fill the fuel in my car on 14 Jan., 2023 at around 5.00 P.M. While making the fuel payment, I requested for an ice coffee at the counter. Ganesh, the attendant at the counter, suggested that I can take the cups from the left-hand side and fill the coffee from the end of the store.I followed the instructions and, when I was filling the ice coffee, the machine showed me an error. I immediately called the attendant, he was busy filling the fridge, hence, I waited for him. After waiting for some time, I requested him again to look at the coffee machine.The moment he looked at the machine, he started yelling at me by saying that I have made a wrong cup selection. I said that I have followed the procedure suggested to me.Now, this gentleman asked the person Ganesh who was at the counter, and both started laughing at me. He said it is common sense to get the coffee-cup from inside the fridge and not the ones hanging outside.To my surprise, the attendant at the Coles laughing at the customer and making fun of the situation was a very displeasing experience. I have followed the instructions, however, taking the coffee cup from inside the fridge was never communicated and does not sound to me as an obvious choice. This is the first and last time I am taking the ice coffee from any Coles express station.My thought is that even if I have made a wrong coffee cup selection, it does not give the right to Coles express staff members to yell and laugh at the customer. Though I have argued for this behaviour, however, I felt humiliated with the tone and laugher I have experienced at Coles express Rouse Hill.Not a pleasant customer experience, all together.Best Regards, Amit

Been going here for 20years. Last year or so a new crew is working. Strange mannerisms. Tonight the place smelt like the crew had been farting in the joint all day. You go to pay your bill…the doors open and POW it’s everywhere..it’s on you. Have some decency!

Car wash didn’t give us a foam bath when we selected it and went over the car once then went to the drying cycle absolutely disappointing!
