I have been dealing with GWH team buying a H6 Haval, the car is amazing and the service was brilliant, Patrick Le Anne and Bianca made things so easy for us and were so quick to get us driving our new car - we are now looking to get another. Definitely buy local and go see the Duttons Team! bloody legends!

Duttons Holden Mount Barker Service Centre
Took our 9 month old MY17 Colorado truck in for it's 15k service on Monday 14/5/18. My wife arranged time off work. Assured the job would only take a couple of hours. When my wife dropped the truck off, she was told there was no loan car available even though a loan car was booked and loan car was written on the job sheet. Loan car eventually sourced when the Service Manager came in. When my wife called for an update on the service, as she had another appointment to be at that afternoon, she was fobbed off by the service advisor who never called her back. Only when I called for the update did the advisor talk to me, despite it being my wife who took the truck in for its service. Then within 24 hours of the truck being serviced, the Malfunction Indicator Lamp came on and roadside assist had to be called. Our truck has to be towed back to Dutton's Holden and I am still awaiting a phone call from the Service Manager. This is unacceptable especially since the problem occurred within 24 hours of the truck being serviced! I called the service advisor to try and arrange a loan vehicle so my wife could get to work as public transport for us where we live isn't an option and was simply told 'no'. So now my wife is unable to get to work and has had to arrange this with her employer. No effort was made to even source a demonstrator or used car that could be made available so my wife could get to work. My wife, who is ex-motor industry including former Holden, is even more livid as the sheer lack of customer service shown by this business is insulting. We had previously been warned about the poor service displayed by the service department but thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt. They have surpassed all warnings. Never again will we take our vehicle here for service.We have no issues with our vehicle and completely understand that in today's modern vehicles, bugs do occur in the computers. This is not the issue at all, this review is about the rudeness displayed by your service advisor. The rudeness displayed all too often by this individual, a pure lack of empathy and understanding that reeks of a former car salesman. And the reason my wife left her successful career in the motor industry. Customer service makes or breaks a business. To top it all off, to then receive a phone call directly from the Dealer Principle requesting that we delete this review regarding the poor customer service displayed, as it will impact on his business. That was the nail in the coffin. This shows what many people already believe about car dealerships, and how in only two interactions with this advisor, the years spent by other individuals to remove the stigma around car dealerships, has been erased in an instant.So no, we will not delete this review. The service manager came across as warm and genuine in the one interaction we had with him, but this has been overshadowed by the complete opposite shown by the advisor. The negative word of mouth about the service at this dealership is already out there, we were warned regularly over the last two years by neighbours and friends who live in this area but we were prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt. You certainly didn't fail to deliver there.

Real shame booked my car for 8am waited for service to be completed in office Thought they were also fixing a clear coat problem on bumper. 7.5 hrs waiting paint wasn't touched photos sent of for head office approval .Just a service no one told me they booked the car for 4pm pick up no one notifying me.I was in office most of the day all i was told was it was going to be awhile. Found out at end of day one staff member was off.Not my problem i lost a whole day of planned things to do .No loan car and still have to go back at some time for bumper repairs which they knew about from its first service no pics taken then also took car back for recall items to be updated no pic again not taken. I live 1hr away so not impressed at all.

Phone manners are dreadful, belittling and don't listen to what you are saying, you have to repeat yourself constantly. Car was dropped off at 8am, as requested, but not started on till after 4pm, then required the car overnight. Didn't get the car back till 4pm the following day, all was done was a wheel alignment, and a diagnostic on the engine. Wheels were aligned but still have the main problem the car went in for. Not going back.

Called in to have a battery replaced in the key remote lock of my Subaru. I was helped by a very friendly and helpful young lady called Stephanie. With the battery replaced someone else came out to my car with me to make sure it was all working properly. I was very happy with their care and have decided that I will take my car to them for its next service.

Called last week to book my GWM Ute I bought brand new off Duttons. The lady was super rude and not helpful at all. I live in Hahndorf and have booked my Ute into City Jeep as they were more than happy to book me in. Looking at the previous reviews, it seems you need a new person on the phones and need to sort some things out. I will not be booking in my car for future services after that rude phone call I had.

After having some issues, the Volkswagen Service centre has taken on my concerns and have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. In particular, James from Volkswagen has been extremely helpful and has even picked up my car from home for a service.
