Sales stage - I engaged Johnson from Omega Blinds to get my old blinds at home replaced. I was happy with the promptness of the responses to my questions from him. I needed to replace all my blinds with a combination of plantation shutters, better rollers and a full-length curtain for the living. He was informative, gave me multiple options, had a variety of choices and had no problems re-working the quote multiple times and with different combinations so I could make an informed choiceDelivery stage - Under the current conditions, material shipments are a tad slower than normal so some delays are to be expected. So something that normally takes 3 weeks would now take 6. We were prepared for this so my experience has been alright. Johnson kept me informed on the status of how it movedInstallation - I just got everything installed yesterday. Clean work, quality looks good. Johnson & Jishnu took away all the old rubbish blinds to the tip which saved me that trouble. For 6 plantation shutters, 1 curtain and 3 blinds, it took them just under 2 hours to install. For those that are working from home, I was on calls all the while and wasnt interrupted or disturbed. Just had to step away when the shutters were being installed in my roomTimeline - From the 1st call that I made to Johnson in end-Jan, I have got everything done and installed end-March. Delays due to COVID and an occasional lockdown in VIC notwithstanding, I think that was fast work - so thanks JohnsonI would rate Omega Blinds as very good and recommend it to my friends

I was referred to Johnson, I got my hybrid flooring done by him, he and his Sri lankan origin flooring team even charged me additional money to level the floor but for the areas of the house where he took additional money to level are all uneven, the floorboards are up and down now and uneven while walking, I already showed him this last year however he has not shown up to fix it, and actually getting him on call will most likely mean 10years later he may pickup or show at my place.Now to change my entire flooring will taken another $15K to just refix it.if you want to get Blinds, doors, shutters then Johnson does the work himself which have been good so far, but Flooring is NO NO

Called Johnson so many times to finish off the job he started and no response.It would be nice to just let us know if he wanted to finish it. Disappointing!!
