Dropped off the car for a pink slip at 8:30am. At 4 p.m., I called to see if the car was ready. He told the girl that answered the phone he had no idea what the car was there for. I'm glad I rang before they closed, or I would have been without a car. When we arrived to collect the car, there was no apology or anything else to say. I won't be going back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
