Such a bad experience with this company, I went for a few inspections and the agents didn't turn up, I tried to call the office to ask what was going on and the salesperson couldn't give me an answer and was constantly referring me to a phone number that no one answered, even when the person on the phone knew the situation didn't give me even an apology for taking my time off work to visit the properties (because the agents hardly give you a different time for an appointment).In the end, the agent that was supposed to show me the place was on annual leave which I didn't have any knowledge of until the salesperson told me. then told me it was another agent who was supposed to show me the place but never replied to the phone or gave me an answer.then her final answer was to send an email to the agent and wait until they reply... who knows when.

I leased a commercial property under Nelson Alexander for 6 years. It's a really old building that has heaps of plumbing issues. I still remember one time the hot water broke that flooded our floor and disturbed our trade. The property manager who manage our building, Andrew Vilano, had managed to get us the guys to do a quick fix just for us to keep trading then arranged to get his team installed the new one quickly on the next day. He is super supportive and always find the best solutions for me and the landlord.

Trying to find a commercial property manager for our family's warehouse proved a difficult task, as none of the commercial property managers in Melbourne's northern suburbs were particularly interested in taking on an existing tenancy. That was until I submitted an enquiry with Nelson Alexander Commercial. Damien called me almost immediately, and took an active interest from the time we signed a management authority, until the tenant vacated and complied with its make good obligations. Damien's dedication and support was greatly appreciated. Betty was also exceptional, as she was very prompt in responding to queries, and addressing any issues. If you are looking for someone to manage your commercial property, do not waste your time with anyone else, and contact Damien and Betty immediately.

Not that great! Keep sending texts, emails constantly and alternatively, really being so overwhelmed even I wasn't paying the rent late. Made a couple of complaints but only improved a tiny bit. Writing this review only want their managers or bosses to see people's feedback.

We leased through Nelson Alexander and mostly communicated with Andrew. They were fantastic, Andrew always responded promptly to any concerns and organised maintenance works to be fixed as soon as possible.

We recently leased a property through Kristian at Nelson Alexander.The whole transaction went along smoothly with clear communication from Kristian and the team.Now that we have been in the property a few months Nelson Alexander Commercial are still responsive to questions/clarifications we have.

My experience with Nelson Alexander has been overwhelming positive since 2013, after word of mouth from a recommendation from a consensus of people in the know" to manage a restaurant business in Carlton.It annoys me whenever I Google Nelson Alexander Commercial to get a phone number that there are a number of negative feedback to this agent.I have no doubt the vast majority of landlords that are managed by Nelson Alexander Commercial are satisfied like me. They just don't post comments here because they have better things to do. It's just the detractors and complainers who post here; every business has them.I can't stress enough the importance for anyone who want to sell

This business treats buyers with little respect or regard. They chase buyers hard to get a signed contract, after which they don't want to know you or assist you in any way. I was never afforded an opportunity to inspect the property prior to settlement (even though I requested to) and after collecting the keys I found the place had been left in a disgusting state. Buyers eventually become sellers or landlords too, Nelson Alexander and if you think treating buyers like this is smart you are dead wrong.

I had the displeasure of dealing with Andrew Villano as the agent on a residential property. He was a belittling, lazy, and incompetent little man.A tenant transfer that should have taken days was dragged out over 3 months and any updates had to be chased down from him. I was given no indication that he was making his own follow ups or attempting to remedy the situation, and when I sent an email to the office asking to speak to management I had my complaint rudely quoted back to me by him.EDIT: It was only once I posted this review that I was finally contacted by management who made a personal apology and offered themselves as a point of contact which was appreciated.
