I was told that my 40FT HC would be delivered to my rural address 'between 8 and 10'. And guess what? It was!! At 08:45 a nice clean truck arrived and the driver left the vehicle and walked the track to where it was to be unloaded.I explained what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. He took his time and did what he could to keep the noise down around my livestock.Mem - I love your work. You are a credit to the industry.I highly recommend Lawson Sideloader Services and would never consider looking anywhere else. Such a great experience.Thanks LEGENDS!!

Do not let them move your container. They were late, sent the wrong truck, got bogged a number of times and their drivers had two days experience and they damaged my container loading it up in true cow-boy careless fashion. When I requested they step me through their insurance process to claim and send me their safe work method statement I got a condescending email and phone call from Aslan. I asked them to reply to my email to which he hung up. Weeks later no responses.Very unprofessional, costly and unsafe.

We were told that the first container was to be dilvered between 4pm and 6pm, but surprise, it came much earlier at 12:30pm. we did not have any worker avaliable to empty teh container, which it had not to stay on the driveway for that lenghty time as it was explained to Lawsons.Second container was booked to be delivered and Lawsons gave us time to deliver between 5pm and 7pm. Our worker had to stay back but eh container never arrived that day. they never told us prior to this and when we tryed to contact their afterhours number befor 6pm, they did not respond till 7:30pmCustomer service persons do not attempt to help and rather they hang up on the client!very bad esperiance :(

Driver nearly killed me, called and made a complaint about it. Most likely nothing happened with it

STAY AWAY from this company. They would cost you a lot of container detention fees as they don't dehire the containers on time!No due care, no diligence, not taking any responsibilities for the losses they caused.DO NOT USE.

Called and left a msg with a lady as I needed a 40ft container moved urgently with about 2 days notice. Never even received a call back and paid someone else $900 instead. Thanks for nothing
