Worst Tan & Lashes ever.Dont waste your time here.Tan became all patchy and lashes falling out all the next all the same day after having aroubd 9.5 hours.Have tried calling them to complain only for no one ever picking up the phone and having to leave numerous voice messages.Today i try again and doesnt even go to voice mail now.

My experience wasn't a good one first the technician was late with no apology not even a good morning.As I followed her professional advice led to believe it was better for my lashes I've been left disappointed 2 days in they are falling outWouldn't recommend this place also abit pricey.

I’ve had 5 visits for eyelash extensions here and the last 3 visits my lashes have lasted no longer than 5 days, 3 visits in 3 weeks only to be left with poor lash extensions and extremely swollen eyes . After trying to contact the manager to get the issue resolved I got no response what so ever. I didn’t even receive the service I asked for and was charged more because the technician took it upon herself to change my lashes to what they call volume. Working in the service industry myself it’s appalling that nobody has contacted me to rectify the situation or at least give me some form of compensation for the nearly $250 I’ve spent in the last 3 weeksMy eyes are swollen and the lashes look horrific, I’ve never had to leave a bad review in my life but the state my eyes have been left in is disgusting

My eyes were stinging during the process. The next day I woke to lots of stinging and watery eyes. Also a lot of the lashes had fallen out after the first day although I following the advice and didnt wash my eyes etc. Went back the ne'xt day and the technician put more lashes on. However, the lashes continued to fall out every day more than they should I would not recommend using this company, I think they use inferior glue and product. When I had lashes applied elsewhere over the years they were wonderful for several weeks, I even swam and had not problems

Please do not go here. I never leave bad reviews but what they did to me was borderline dangerous.I had a lash lift here last year. Firstly, they were quite rude from the second I walked in the door. I said a friendly Hello" and was about to ask if where I parked was okay when the lady at the desk interrupted me to say "What's your name?". "Sit down". No hello

I booked in to get my lashes and henna eyebrows (North Perth shop) not even a week ago and the henna has already come and off and my lashes well what’s left of them.I felt uncomfortable most of the time with the two girls speaking in another language and laughing, which laying there with your eyes stuck down isn’t the most comfortable feeling, my full set of hybrid lashes were completed in under an hour and this is including the couple of times she stopped to use her phone mid-way through the session (you could hear her typing on her phone with her fake nails)! I’ve had my lashes done for years and they’ve never been completed in under an hour and I’ve never had most of them fall out within in 6 days! I don’t like to give bad reviews but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and I will never be back. Very disappointing for what they charge.

The worst lash lift I have ever had. The girl doing my lashes was trying to service 3 clients at once and my lashes are way over processed and they are so dried out They’re all curled over in all different directions.I expressed that I was unhappy with my lash lift and the salon has tried to rectify it by doing a reverse lash lift and they definitely look better than they did but still not excellent.The lady I had the second time to fix my lashes was lovely.I do have a regular lash lady that does my lashes but she was on holiday, I think next time I will just wait until she comes back from holiday instead of going elsewhere.One thing I really didn’t appreciate was receiving a message as soon as I left the salon after having them fixed to update my review and then another message a couple of days later again asking if I was going to update my review.

Best Lash Technicians in Perth. Have been visiting the Salon for 3 years for lash extensions and they always take great care during appointments. Thanks to Lisa I always have beautiful and healthy lashes!

the girl who did my lashes was lovely and i enjoyed my experience however nearly all the lashes have fallen out only one week later despite me following the aftercare instructions exactly. I won't be back myself but if you are looking to visit then keep the above in mind if you experience the same.
