I bought a belt here last year. It was used for less than a year and the buckle was very loose. After a month of after-sales service, they told me that could not be repaired and without any reason，But I was lucky to meet Colin, who helped me set up a file to find out reason. He finally helped me solve this problem. Colin is very friendly and responsible, I highly recommend shopping with him! The five-star review just for Colin!

Horrible customer experience, I came in at 1345pm on 21st Jan, two female, both are tall and one of them is brown skin had no eye contact, chit chat going on for ages. Shame that the quality of this store has gone down

My younger sister and I went into the store looking for gifts and we were judged by other workers at first and then we had amazing customer service from Edward. He was very helpful, funny and was engaging. We looked at different bags and he was very helpful with getting them for us, I would definitely go back, not for the products but for his customer service. That man deserves a raise. He was happy to chat to us and wasn’t judgemental at all towards us. Very satisfied with the customer service!!!

Bought a scarf, told the salesperson I wanted a new one since covid and I was considering as a gift to my fd as well. The salesperson handed me the new one, I said okay and she started packing somewhere else. Came back later wif everything packed inside.By the time I went home and take it out, u can tell it’s not a new one but the one on display. So now I hv to go back for a return or refund. I honestly hv never hv such a bad experience from a brand store before .

Great service and experience makes a huge difference in retail industry. I must say my previous experience was not very pleasant. However Nevasha was amazing! We need more great customer service attendants like her to lure customers back.

No client in the store at the time we entered.But the two girls did nothing beside talking to each other. Didn't ask if we need any help or serve us. wasn't sure it was bcuz of me wearing too casual or they think we won't buy anything so They dont need to do anything??Never come back ,,, selling high end products but their behaviour & customer services are so cheap..
