If there were negative stars I would have given them that. Our worst mistake was to sign contract with them in 2017.till now they have not been able to finish construction of single story house. They have taken major payments from us and only last payment is left since last year but last stage has not yet been complete. they have stopped responding to our email and calls from past so many months.Beware of them! Won't even advice them to my enemies.

HiI m a residing in Tarneit and have subcontractor i5 homes who works for seascape constructions and gave me a incomplete home and I spoke to the seascape constructions. Have no response after emails that means paying our mortgages to make their life easier not our.Very bad experience I m going through. Never go with sub contractors ""

Did a couple brick garages for seascape ..we got paid for one garage to keep us onsite and the second garage they just dissapeared..turn off phones and went into hiding..never work for this company.

Sam and James gave great communication in installing a plungie pool. Would highly recommend using black group construction / seascape.

Poor quality build, David Sagor of Seascape Constructions enjoys using cheap Gumtree workers to do the work. And when contacted to rectify build quality issues he will ignore calls and delay rectification works as long as he can. He now operates under another company called Bodon Homes to continue delivering nightmare homes to the public. If you don't want to deal with a shoddy builder who outsources all his work, save yourself and find another person to deal with. 0 stars for how this company operates and sells shoddy homes.Issues I had with my new home:1) failed waterproofing in both bathrooms. ( had to be rebuilt as Seascape ignored request to have it rectified under warranty)2) missing light fittings and landscaping3) entrance flashing out of plumb4) sagging plaster ceilingBeware of the good reviews as they are also known to buy Google reviews - easily spotted with the user names used and the generic remarks on how good the build quality" was."

In 2014 we contracted seascape for a $50k bathroom renovation. Very disappointed. Walls not straight or square. Waterproofing in shower failed. Despite paying extra for stumps and them replacing floor joists the floor still shifted resulting in loose floor tiles in shower. Be wary of the promises.

I was referred to the builder Seascape Constructions by my good friend Mona. We meet with David and his supervisor Shaun to discuss my build of my double storey dream home for my family. They were professional and amazing. They built my home within contract time. We had some issues along the way however they tackled the problem without any issues.I have been in home for 3 months now and all i can say is the build of my home is good vaule an good quality.Thank you Seascape Constructions and the team love your work!

I now live in a home with a leaking ceiling and walls, and I have to grab a mop bucket to contain the leaks every time it rains. This is a new house that is only built a year ago. Seascape Constructions Pty Ltd never responded to my calls, emails or text messages. Do not recommend.
