Need to change operating hrs sign this shop shuts about 15-30min before the actual closing time of 8pm... went here at 7:30pm on a Saturday night only to be turned away little do they realise this is prime time for dinner for a lot of people.Also why is there never meatballs? Can they not be heated up or may need to look at the demand compared to what your supplying

There was glass in my food today was told it was salt and there was a problem with there grinder but no took the half of the subway home and found more in there, I put it in water and did not dissolve. I dont care if that had happend just dont say its rock salt.

Nice tidy shop situated in Kingscliff Beach front. Great for a pitstop, popped in for food while at cudgen Creek with the family. Long wait time in school holidays which is to be expected. Food was ok what you would expect from subway. Service was average, extra things missing like straws, sanitiser, masks if these are important to your experience. But overall not to bad, staff did not look happy in my opinion and that reflected in the service and general welcoming.

My honest thoughts are this place was great back in the day!!! but the new owners took over about a year ago and don't know how to operate this place properly!!! The staff have at times aren;t greeting their customers like they used too. Maybe its because they are too stresssed out due to the new demands the management has thrown on them!The atmospehere is honestly quite disappointing for a subway!!The real value for money and being made welcome has unfortunately been thrown out the door!!

we were there for 3 people hoping to get three Italian herbs and cheese breads with toppings and cookies for a starters i wanted meatballs ob Italian herbs bread - they didn't have any bread or meatballs. So for backup we asked for ham and avocado on white bread but they had no ham or avocado. We then decided not to get mine so for a finish we asked for some cookies for our toddler and they had none. We were very upset with our service.

I understand things sometimes don't work. But it is the way failures are resolved that separates the great companies from the rest. As happens regularly, the loyalty points were not processed on my purchase today, even though my loyalty card scanned. I immediately pointed this out, as they credit was not listed on the invoice. The employee told me there was nothing she could do, and anyway, it would only be 40c worth - in other words, what is my problem. I buy subway approximately once a month, usually for two people. And my loyalty credit has been as high as $2.26 for a similar purchases as today.Fortunately, there is good competition in the fast food industry, so I will purchase alternatives for the foreseeable future. The only language some companies understand is losing business. I wouldn't act in this way if it wasn't a regular occurrence. It needs to be fixed.

One of the best Subways around, i used to come here on a daily basis and the food was good then, but now it’s even better. I’m always served with a smile and positive attitude, the team and management here are outstanding and I can’t think of a better place to eat out.

After reading the mixed reviews here while passing through town we decided to stop for a quick lunch. A sub is a sub, if you ask for it you get it. I had my normal go to and it was fine. The young girl that served us was attentive and friendly. Lots of youths hanging around the streets but it was a Sunday so what do you expect. Will be back again if visiting kingy.
