Had to drive back to the IGA as the chicken we had purchased was off and still had a few days before the use by date.Their policy is only to refund the exact amount if the food purchased, even thought I explained it was a special trip back to exchange it for dinner tonight. It cost a few dollars more due to petrol ect ti return off chicken. Not happy about that policy. They could have offered a few dollars off the new purchase to cover the cost of a special trip back, through no fault of mine....

Everything you would expect from the big chain. Lots of produce and lots of stock with a wide selection. They have a lot of products that cater for dietary requirements along with fresh bakery good and heaps of hot deli food.Staff are super friendly and service is pretty quick

In the last few years this store has become an absolute joke. Its such a rip off compared to other shops!!! Extremely overpriced, poor quality fruit and veges. They mark items up and then put a special tag on it to give you the impression you're saving. We are not stupid. Shelves are almost always missing stock. This used to be a great IGA, but the new owners are obviously money hungry and do not care about the locals. So many of us already shop elsewhere now. Please do better, or move on!!

This place could be so much more - it's musty, hard to navigate, with some staff who are great and others not so great. Frustrating that with a little bit more effort this would be a great asset to Yandina.
