Good service , good product. Payment was a massive hassle. The expectation from Reece is that the customer makes large payments over the phone , or alternatively have to go to Bundall to pay at the counter. No option for bank transfer was given to me until the 11th hour.

Had a leaking issue with a Grohe Mixer we bought a few years ago....our plumber said it was a faulty hose connection.....got onto Reece, sent photos and they got Customer Care onto it really quickly...Plumber called later that day, came in early next morning and all fixed...no charge, except original plumber call out fee....good work by Gabbi Imms-Taylor!
