Great phone manner and customer service. Mark was able to come the next day due to a cancellation. Arrived on time and my knives are so sharp, it's like having a new set!!!

When it takes 5 minutes to sharpen 5 knives it's not surprising to see burrs left on the edge, also not surprising, though disappointing, to have them returned covered in slurry. Friendly service, but overall a disappointing service.Also when he walks through a restaurant holding the knives pointing out in front, you may want to consider the OHS implications..

I had three knives sharpened for use at home. He was quick and did them for a good price. The knives are sharper now than when they were new!

If anyone needs their knives sharpened get in touch with Mark. His prices are the best around and his turnaround was impressive. Mark's clever mobile set up is well equipped. His experience and tips were great and he completed the job in no time. Highly recommend.

I'm a chef that's very particular on who touches my knives, especially for anyone to sharpen them. Mark did an amazing job bringing the edge back to my tools, and I'm so happy with the result. Will be calling him again! I highly recommend him!
