I Love This Shop

I attended the store on Saturday morning around 10.30am, I was in a little bit of a hurry and needed some fishing line and string for some balloons, the young lady who was busy stocking an end cap was the most helpful person I have come across in retail in a long time, gave me the time of day, not only going out of her way to take me to the item, she also asked if I needed anything else, Well done! great customer service and thank you for being so helpful!

I was creating a life story for an elderly lady . I was gluing your gold letters to the front of the albums I was using. Looked amazing. She wanted 2 more albums and so I went back to store to get more. Could not find them in your Aladdins cave and I approached a staff member called 'Ang'. What a polite but very helpful lady. 10/10.

I originally found this store when I was looking for a fancy dress costume - and what a range!I returned to the shop with a friend a couple of weeks later buying for a kids' party. We walked every aisle, leaving with lollies, environmentally friendly containers, flowers for a cake, table decorations, and a helium balloon for my toddler. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.I will be back.

How could I not give this a 5! I thought albury wodonga no longer had a costume/party selection other than the big retailers. How wrong was I. This is a well organised cheap shop but the party and costume selection is awesome. And it has everything else you can imagine from a cheap shop. Highly recommend.

What a great shop. They have lots of goodies to buy. The shop is clean and easy to move around.

Went here today looking for two pinyatas a 5 and a 0. They had them at big W yesterday for $16.95 but they didn’t have the 0, and I was really happy to see I love this shop had the exact ones! However they were $28.95 each!!! Exactly the same … so I asked the lady in the aisle if they price match and she said NO! … WHAT???what store DOESN’T price match???I decided against getting them and continued shopping for lollies to put into one I would buy from “anywhere else” and saw that those too were rather costly… then went to the counter and told the lady there that it’s a shame they don’t price match it could’ve saved me a trip to Albury… Obviously asking someone to price match means you’ve found the exact same product cheaper somewhere else! She replied “we’re cheap enough already we don’t need to price match cause we’re a discount store”! HAHA my reply was “not much of a discount if you’re charging double the price!We hastily left after the blatant disgusting lack of customer service and it was off to Big W! These guys “say” they’re a discount store but they’re NOT!A lot of the items I was after I found cheaper at Treasure Hunter and Big W! Even the same brand lollies we’re cheaper at Treasure Hunter! These guys need to beware of their competitors and keep up with their supposed “discounts”, price match cheaper stores and keep their customers happy otherwise people will go elsewhere!They’ve lost a customer in me!

As a crafter, dancer and mum this is one of my go-to shops for supplies, costumes, party supplies and toys. The variety is great and the quality is decent for the pricing. The staff are the best, so much more helpful and friendly than in many stores. My 3-year-old was recently delighted to receive a free balloon which just made her day and it's not the first time I've seen such generosity. They treat you like real people and that's a 10/10 from me.

Such wonderful service! I needed balloons last minute right on closing time and the staff stayed back to whip up a gorgeous bunch! They were so happy to help and truly saved the day! I’ve never had a bad experience in the store and this was the cherry on top!
