Bad bad bad.... . Chicken tamer meal. Asked for fillet burger and chicken royal. Received a beef cheeseburger and a fillet burger with the flatest driest chicken fillet I've ever seen.Looks like someone but it in a vice and then cooked it for half an hour.Had a bad burger a year ago there and thought I'd give another go.No more now.

Worst Hungry Jacks I've ever eaten and very put off from ordering again, onion rings and chicken patties where all burnt and the chicken had a almost fish like taste at that point I had stop eating also asked for cheese on the burgers and there was none of that, even the bread looked stale. $50 for stale and burnt food!

The very worst Hungry Jacks ever. I work very close and they CONSTANTLY get everyone’s orders wrong, they leave parts of your meal out and they generally don’t care. It is a running joke with EVERYONE in my large 40 person office that this HJ’s is to be avoided. After four separate times in a month of trying them and each time having a bad experience- I decided to try the app - THEY MUCKED THAT ORDER UP TOO!!! Insane. Avoid!

You'd think early in the morning they would be a bit faster knowing people are just getting there morning coffees ans heading into work but no they keep people who have a long wait time or big orders waiting in the drive through rather than taking them to the waiting bay love when going through a fast food" drive through for one beverage makes you late too work when it shouldn't had ans then after waiting so long ans now being late for work we just drive through and don't grab my order because I don't even have tine to drink it by the time there finished I have plenty of patience but when it's early in the morning and people are heading to work be a bit more considerate or at least let me know while I'm ordering there will be a 15 minute wait for my one drink... And even the person behind me was shaking there head and looked stressed probably had somewhere to be too..."

More than often orders are incomplete. Drive-thru always a long wait. Need to re heat the food when you get home. Last 2 years are enough visits here. Hopefully other stores can provide better service otherwise The Burgers are Always Colder at Hungry Jacks.

Service was terrible. Waited in drive through over 10 mins. Burger cold and poorly assembled so that I had to stuff the filling back in. Had to wait for chips which were dumped into the bag. Drink dripping from being overfilled as it was handed to me. Worse still - the window was opaque it was so dirty. The stainless steel cardboard drink holder was filthy. The walls were greasy. Under the pickup window was stained with drink spillage. Place needs a thorough deep clean and staff retrained. No pride and no care! Have left my number with customer care. See how much they care!
