They go above and beyond to resolve any issues that you may experience and work hard to resolve it quickly and with the least amount of hassle to the customer or client. They make purchasing flowers super easy and convenient and without any fuss. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have on their live chat messenger portal.It would be beneficial for me if they had the option, when ordering online, to collect an order at a later day and time. Great service and easy to deal with! Especially love their live updates on Facebook so I know what’s new and available every day. Fast delivery and able to pick up as well. Fresh product is great quality as are their preserved and dried range. I can also get florist accessories as well - one stop shopping! Can’t get better than that. Highly recommend FLOWERHUB

I found delivery was too expensive, but I do understand that the price of petrol has gone up as well. I did order a mixture of gerbs at one time and I did receive a bunch of all the same colour.Also, next day delivery is never an option, so I would rather go to GC Market to select what I need when I need.Your flower quality was great though, very fresh compared to other online flower wholesalers

I had several cases of bad product which led to an out of no where phone call from the boss which was nothing but unpleasant and !! I have never been so rudely spoken to in my life, and in sick and disrespectful manner!! Will never be using this supplier again

Flowerhub is expensive & only offer average quality flowers. Be careful of their additional freight charges. Freight on two boxes was more than my actual order of flowers. Not worth it!*** RESPONSE TO FLOWERHUB:Thank you for taking the time to reply. Yes I did choose the courier and I did see I could be charged an extra $16 (approx) per additional box, however, I was actually charged an additional $40 (approx) per box, which is huge difference, one which was not fully disclosed on the website during the checkout process.My review is not solely based upon your couriers, it reflects your product quality and price also. When the product arrived the eucalyptus was covered in orange spots and unusable. Very disappointing.My intent in leaving a review was not in the hopes of Flowerhub responding by blaming me, the customer, but rather to share my experience with others and with the hopes Flowerhub may take it onboard constructively. I understand you feel my review was unfair, so I will order from Flowerhub again and depending on that experience I will update my review accordingly.
