Staff has been very helpful. This has been our first time at this place and definitely will be back as it has the best customer service compared to a big company like Bunnings.

Utmost friendly and helpful staff for as long as i have been going there and that's about 32 years and they have the straightest wood in melton Not knocking the other big hardware store but they quite often have warped wood .I think it's how home store it flat that helps .

It's the people! They are so friendly and helpful. They define customer service at its best.The price of items becomes secondary when staff effortlessly support you in your shopping experience. They have just the right balance of leaving you alone to browse or to help when you need assistance.

called over the phone and got what i needed in an amazing time frame. they make the click and collect process nice and easy. it’s not easy for both customers and employees during theses times but that hasn’t hindered the great experiences i had. keep up the great work everyone !
