Australia Post - Swansea Post Shop

This place uses to have such nice people now there is this rude fat person who needs an attitude adjustment

I paid a bill last week for Southern phone and it's saying I haven't paid it , this will be taken further

My husband and I had a wonderful customer experience at Swansea Post Office yesterday. We had some rather intricate dealings to be carried out that required a lot of concentration and patience from the staff member who looked after us. The very experienced staff member, Jennifer Hutchison, worked through our forms and signings and photographs with such confidence and expertise that we felt very happy and well looked after. The dealings took over 30 minutes to complete and all the while the Post Office was coping with lots of other customers coming and going. Jennifer was never flustered and remained calm as she carried out scanning and data input for our dealings.We hope Jennifer is rewarded for her professionalism and kind manner. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Thank you Jennifer. You made a daunting experience a very pleasurable one.Jan & Peter
