AJ is a wizard! I’ve never been so consistently stoked with my haircuts, he nails it every time, is always patient with me figuring out what I want (I rarely do), and the space and staff are so warm and welcoming. Overcharging and refusing to return funds.Thieves at work.On Wednesday 30th November I entered the barber shop and asked for a buzz cut. As requested I received a buzz cut. I paid my bill with eftpos.Later that afternoon I noticed i had been charged $40 instead of $25.00. I rang the barber shop told them. They indicated they weren’t interested in my problem.15 min later they sent me a text message suggesting I had only been charged $25.00 and go fix my problem with the bank. I then sent through my bank statement clearly indicating “bspoke brighton” had charged me $40. I have not heard back from them.Firstly, the staff member purposely over charged me knowing that most people don’t really look at the transaction when paying with a card. Secondly, after providing a statement copy proving I’ve been charged $40 Instead of $25.00 they have refused to respond and return funds.

Leigh is great with my boys and makes them feel comfortable and at ease with their cuts. Highly recommend this place. Especially with the big screen playing ESPN in the background for entertainment

AJ is a pro. I come here every 4-6 weeks for a cut, so does my partner. AJ provides excellent service and is a super talented barber. His shop is conveniently located, I highly recommend Bspoke Brighton to anyone wanting a great haircut!

Came in late after work, with not much idea on what I wanted. The team were great, super accommodating and helped tailor a haircut to my preference. Great atmosphere, great pricing. Left a happy customer. Will return for sure!
