Great workshop, experienced and friendly team. Able to detect and repair an issue with my transmission that other mechanics, including Mazda themselves, couldnt diagnose. Honest, trustworthy and highly recommended.

Avoid Tech Tranmissions all together. I took my car there for a simple tranny service and a week later i had to get it replaced, $2500 later. If you want your pride and joy damaged by them then go there but if not go somewhere else.

i had torque shudder problem for my caprice sam said i will do service and put some chemicals in it and problem go away for next 20000 kms but problem did not even for 20km. He charged me $220. Anyway i ending up chage the transmission he said i will give u discount but when i got transmission he charged me full amount. Anyway in my view not trustworthy. Have learnt the lesson NEVER GO THERE

Sam is a rude and disrespectful mechanic I ever ever seen. He’s gonna drive your car and will say I’ll fix the problem without telling you or allow you to ask him what is the problem or how he’ll fix it. He’s not reliable nor professional.

We took our ford mondeo with a broken transmission to Sam. He replaced the transmission for $3,500. Shortly after we received it, the transmission warning came up again. We took it back to Sam who said he is too busy and advised us to come later but we insisted to leave the car with him. a few days later, we received the car again. The transmission warning didn’t happen again but a few other problems were introduced. 2 relays were broken because they were fitted the opposite way!!, A loose bolt where found in the bottom cover!! And knocking noise is occasionally heard!!

I wish i could give them less than one star, very unprofessional, unreliable and experienced to do worst with your transmission if you go there for a normal transmission service which will cost you arount $150 but you will be ending up replacing your transmission or going back there again and again for the problems they create for you. Don’t ever think to do transmission from these non-experienced mechanics I would rather prefer to go to car manufacturer’s company such as Toyota, honda, etc for your furure ease.
