We had the privilege of working with Scott, Summer and the team from On The Level to build our home. As this was our first time building a home, we were a little nervous. But finding someone local, with local knowledge, local connections, and who was able to walk us through the whole process made this a fantastic experience. Scott and his team were so professional. They were reliable, on budget and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The quality and know how of the team and the tradies they work in partnership with, was amazing. Great communicators who genuinely listen to clients. We couldn’t have asked for a better home that is quality through and through. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

We are thrilled with the comfortable solar passive sustainable home On the Level Builders built for us. Scotty and his team are easy to communicate with and a delight to have on-site. Their carpentry and project management skills are excellent. Many aspects of our build weren't typical (e.g. waterless composting toilet, polished concrete floor, use of recycled materials, our preference for non-toxic materials, cavity battens, and extensive use of hardwood) but Scotty and the team never questioned our preferences and implemented our specifications with care. Scotty provided excellent advice during the planning stages to help us design a comfortable home within our budget. We highly recommend On the Level Builders.

We've just completed a substantial renovation whilst living onsite. We've doubled our floor area which includes new master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, new family bathroom, new kitchen, lounge and diner, new laundry and walk-in pantry. We could not be happier with the result.Choosing On The Level Builders for the job turned out to be a great decision. The whole team are just a lovely happy bunch of guys, always respectful and nothing was ever too hard. Scott communicated consistently, so we always knew who to expect onsite and when. There were never any 'no shows' and most importantly their work is of the highest quality. There was nothing they couldn't do and they were so easy to work with.
