Decadent and delicious, the cakes at The Pie Tin are highly recommended. I tried the nutella and banana (chocolate, banana & nutella soft-centred brownie topped with salted Nutella ganache). Doesn't really taste like nutella but it is very rich and delectable. The caramel and hazelnut is also divine (baked caramel tart with hazelnuts). It's a fun little space just off King Street, Newtown. It is sparsely decorated with a few tables to dine in. The service is a little lacking, unfortunately, without pleasantries even when it's not busy, though this alone is not too ouff-putting.

Fairly good pie (normal mince pie) but for what it was I would say it's a little over priced. The pastry was probably a little too crumbly and struggled to hold in the filling when eating.If you're looking for a cafe with good pies, this is a good place to come.If your just looking for a good Aussie pie, you can probably find something similar elsewhere for a better price

Oh my god, finally a place that serve pumpkin pie, traditional American pumpkin pie. The pie it’s self is amazing full of flavour and sweet but not strongly sweet. texture is smooth and melt in your mouth. They also serve savoury pies like meat pies and sausage rolls. Pastries is pretty good flaky and crunchy. But I mainly come here for sweet pies. I’ve tried their crème brûlée pie and it was also amazing.

We tried the BBQ Brisket and Chocolate Mint Pie. The pies are fantastic. Even though its weekdays, the place is still quite pack up. As it is located in Newtown, it will be a great idea to take public transport instead of driving as it’s quite hard to find parking nearby.

Amazing pies, both sweet and savoury! They have quite a lot of different flavours so you're spoilt for choice. The interior is also quite cute and charming. The classic apple pie deserves special mention - look at that apple to crust ratio! It's also just the right amount of sweet, definitely one of the best apple pies I've had anywhere.

The environment is good, but the coffee is average, and the cake is the most expensive and also the worst I have ever eaten. A waste of such a good place is only suitable for tourists to take pictures.
