A great place to workout

Had to go overseas for two and half months and on return was going into hospital for major surgery. Was asked to provide medical certificate prior to going. In the rush of going, didn't get around to so continued paying full membership (didn't mind as I knew after surgery I would return). Yesterday received an email saying my payment had been dishonoured so had to pay an exorbitant amount in dishonour fees. Called first thing this morning to explain that I had received a new credit as previous one had expired and was ringing around letting everyone know and hadn't gotten around to them. Not that there wasn't any money on account. Asked for some flexibility as I had been paying full amount since about May when I had not been there. Absolutely refused said not they problem if I had not given them the correct details and to come in and sign paperwork again. I explained I couldn't drive as I had not been given clearance from my surgeon and that I would be seeing doctor on Monday. I asked for better customer service and was told they have very good customer service!!! Yeh right! This experience has left a bitter taste and I told them that I will no longer continue with membership (so told to come in and sign paperwork- what part of I can't drive don't they not understand)! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
