Colo River Holiday Park - Members Only

My Brother is a member here , I stayed over the Australia long weekend and loved it, safe for kids as only accessed in or out of the park is by key, you can swim in the swimming pool or in the river both are safe for kiddies as shallow part in pool and the river beach. There are bicycles canoes and games onsite. My Kids were active from morning till late evening meeting and making new friends. The facilities are modern, hot showers, cabin type accommodation, all powered. Note typical of these area no tv or phone reception ( Telstra?) but there is a public phone near by. PLEASE NOTE MEMBERS AND THERE FAMILIES ONLY CAN ACCESS THE PARK. Will be looking into buying my own share now.

Great place and great people. Membership only place.

The place to go for some R & R. Quiet, peaceful during off peak season, beautiful raw nature. Last pristine river left in NSW surrounded by Wollemei National Park. Floods have knocked it around a bit, but recovering, especially uth the regular Share Holders pitching in to tidy up. No internet coverage, so download books, movies etc before you get there.
