Very disappointed. My husband collected balloons for my grandsons birthday at the scheduled time of 2pm. On seeing them, I was immediately concerned that they appeared under-inflated. By 10pm the were collapsing to the floor.Have bought them previously and they have always lasted well into the next morning.Standards must be maintained if you wish to maintain customers.

This shop has become a discrace to the party supply industry since the previous owners, if you don’t know them don’t comment about them.I was a regular customer and since he change in ownership, I have looked elsewhere, no customer service and not much to offer.
