Did not take any information from me to let me know any results from my complaint where I was accused of being rude after asking for a other check out operator due to only one assisted check out open with people waiting with fully loaded trolley snd the assistant refusing to call anyone and another shopper yelled to call the manager and we were told that there were all on breaks at 2.30pm in the afternoon. At no time was I ever rude. The Assistant was send by another person in charge and he had to serve me. He then proceeded all the while serving me of trying to intimidate me. Then he said that the tone of my voice was what made him think that I was rude. I told him that the way that ge spoke to me was also very rude. He just did not want to help and prance around the front of the store. His name is Drew. He wanted us to use the self serve check out. Sorry but I refuse to use them and I was a former check out operator and I don't get paid nor get a discount for doing another person's job. If you ask me shop lifting I bet has increased, and Supermarkets have only themselves to blame. Where is my feedback? Totally inadequate from Head Office. I would give a zero star if I could.

I did an online order on Thursday for delivery on Saturday. When I did a check of tracking my order it told me there were some items not available so I removed them from the basket it then changed my delivery date to Monday. Rang my local Coles who put me through to customer service who were helpful. In this day and age of technology I find that something can be changed without customer input appalling. Whilst doing my initial order the website kept crashing and I had to keep going back and login, this is not the first time I have had issues. I have been a loyal Coles customer for decade's but not anymore. I will be taking my custom and money to Woolworths.

Contacted to raise concern that food safety standards are not being followed at the riverton wa store. They Sold rancid meat which was days off. Complaints department passed the buck onto the supplier? It’s the store’s responsibility to remove rancid products from the shelves. Their Return policy is for me to take the festering leaky meat product packaging back to the store. Seriously?

I ordered on Saturday the 2nd July and ordered two ice coffees which are out of date. The expiry date is 29 June 3022.Four phone calls to the call centre explaining I am legally blind and told take a photo call back.Will never shop again online.Coles the are hopeless.Going to fair trading tomorrow as Coles will not rectify this.I have never had this problem at Woolworths.I am a Coles Myer shareholder.Shame on you Coles.Don’t shop at Coles if you want fresh products.The care factor is zero.

I ordered a click and collect from Coles Ulladulla on the 17th December. Today on the 23rd (two days before Christmas), the click and collect system “crashes” loosing all orders. My family spent $300 on Christmas food shopping… The horrible customer service from Coles Ulladulla could not give us the goods unless we re order again. My family do not just have $300 sitting around to spend on grocery shopping after just spending this amount. We were told we will not be receiving a refund till late next week, leaving us with little to no food for Christmas. The worst thing is, we were not notified about this “system crash”. We turned up to the click and collect bay with a text saying our order was “ready for pick up”! We were then told this was an Australian wide issue.. which was a lie. I am extremely disappointed as our Christmas is ruined.

Worst customer service I have ever seen from any retail store or customer care office. Started at the Wadalba location. Terribl terrible store, and some of the staff needs a lot more training and a course in customer service. Cashier behind the customer service desk didn't want to ring through the gift cards I was purchasing while a deal was on and made me go through self-serve. She then proceeded to come from behind the counter stand right next to me while I was ringing them through and make me feel uncomfortable and question why I was buying them. She was not asking if I had been asked to buy them as payment for anything (as I know that is a scam they will ask about). It was like she was mad I was buying them to get the 10% savings. Watched me ring in every card and validated them, and watched me pay for them. Not once did she say scan your flybuys card to get the discount. Waits until I paid and as I was walking to my car I realized I didn't receive the discount. As soon as I went back in, she said, Oh well

This is a complaint that a grocery store which is deemed a necessity, has Covid-19 Vaccine requirements to enter. Please explain to the public on what grounds you justify this condition of entry? Considering hospitals and now aged care facilities do NOT require this vaccination or even RAT'S! This seems like discrimination to me. Would appreciate a response from coles.
