Really disappointed with the service, been 3 times and still issue not fixed, i tried to book an appointment, and was told next week, I did say I won’t pay the bill until it’s fixed, a very practiced ‘sorry about that’ was the reply, I miss the days when the previous owners were there……..

I got such outstanding, fast and thorough service here. A new phone and plan were a breeze. Really recommend the service, thanks to Eliza and the other female staff member (name forgotten) who sorted me out. And all this despite the difficulty of COVID shop closure. Kudos.

I lined up to attempt to buy a powerbank only to be told that I had to have an appointment and that there wasn’t any until the next day as a consequence, I bought one from around the corner you just lost another hundred dollars and I won’t be back to buy any products from you again as I feel that the staff are very rude and inconsiderate and to buy a small item from your so called shop is impossible ! It’s clearly not a store but an office where only appointments are excepted if you can get one that is !

I tried to port my mobile phone number to Telstra from TPG. I purchased $150 prepaid sim card and somehow the porting request failed so the sim card was activated but it's a new number, not my old phone number.I rang Telstra support to find out why the porting failed, they advised me to go to the shop and get a new sim card and have that $150 transferred to the new sim card. I went to Woy Woy Telstra, they said they can not help, asked me to call Telstra support again. While I was in the shop I called Telstra support and hoping we can work out a solution instead of pushing responsibility. While I was waiting on the phone, the staff asked me nicely to leave the shop and come back when Telstra answers my call. They could do better if they make the phone call on behave of the customer in the shop, the worst thing they could do is to ask the customer to contact support yourself and ask you to leave the shop. After staying in the shop for 2 hours, I ended up buying another $10 sim card and have to wait for Telstra to cancel that $150 sim.At one point the staff at the shop told me I cant get my $150 back and asked me to purchase another $150 sim card and try port the number again. This has not ended yet, I have not received my $150 and I paid $10 to get a temporary sim....this is all because Telstra failed to port my number. The people in the shop wasn't willing to assist and I can see they just wanted me to leave the shop. Its a horrible experience, I lost an interview opportunity with Google because I couldnt receive the calls from the recruiter. Do you know how hard it is to get an interview opportunity with Google? The issue has not yet resolved, Telstra claimed they tried to contact my temporary mobile number but I didn't receive the call.Every time when I go to Telstra Woy Woy to fix this problem, takes me half hour drive each way, not to mention the time I spent in the shop. It's the unprofessionalism that I was dealing with. Now I just want my money back and wish never need to deal with Telstra staff again.

Appalling. After repeated attempts of over 8 weeks, I still haven't got a handset from these people. Too long a story to tell, but put simply, they are: incompetent, don't have stock. Make appointments for you to collect and have then sold the phone. Confirm appointments and then try to get you on a plan BEFORE ordering you a handset. Is it just me, or aren't retailers supposed to stock the items they sell? Telstra WoyWoy - a Phone shop - no phone, no dongle for phone, no demonstration handset to try, no ability to test a handset with existing headset.. what's the point of a shop, may as well just order online. No wonder they're struggling. Pandemic or not, these guys can't manage even basic retailing and service. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs! Completely useless.

First two visits were horrendous, I was told incorrect information from Jess after waiting over an hour and told they could no assist me, very rude with her approach and talking down to me like I was stupid, was absolutely appalling experience and told to call customer support as its out of their hands which made no sense to then find out was not the case and lack of knowledge or training was the issue (words of telstra customer support supervisor). Third time met Jamie who could not be any better at her job and highly recommend if ever visiting this store, was able to answer all my questions and sorted it straight away with no issues and amazing customer service in every aspect which redeemed the Telstra reputation that once existed for me.

I went to the shopfront today ( 2nd visit) to help my 93yr old mother disconnect her service - she had previously rung the call centre who could / would not help her. I am deaf ( context only) as mentioned we spoke to the staff today and explained our issues. Option 1 was - Mum could get on the app - ummm no she does not have a mobile.Option 2 - contact the call centre - ummmm no done that and I am deaf with a mother that has memory concerns.Option 3 - staff could log on to account in person and help - ummmmmm no the lady was to busy .REALLY where is the customer services. Disgraceful.

I spoke to Eliza this morning. What a rude person. I think she forgot she represents Testra and in Customer service. No wonder the store got a rating of 1. I would not recommend this store.
