Baby Bunting Fyshwick

Some products are overpriced and they have a “unique” version of products so you can’t request a price match.They have recently changed their rewards program without any advice. So now it’s more difficult to use the $10 reward.Some staff is extremely friendly, and some other staff rather ignore you.

This place is great. Customer service, products, pricing. This is my go to for everything baby/child related. I’ve bought all my car seats here, had them all installed a number of times for a few cars and I am stoked with the staff and the overall experience.

Today, we had a terrible experience with a woman at the counter and another one of the sales team. The counter one gave us information about a product that was completely different from what the other woman provided in terms of availability, price and what was included. Additionally she was rude and unprofessional. The saleswoman was dishonest and didn't want to admit the misinformation she provided and lied in front of us. I have to say there are some good staff in that store who were really helpful. We have spent a few thousands dollars in this store in the last a couple of months. However, those two's behaviours were shockingly terrible. If the store manager happen to see this post, I am happy to provide more details of the incident and the people that I encountered.

The more I go in there the more I regret not shopping online. The service is rubbish. The staff bearly know their products and have little to no customer service skills. I avoid going to Babybunting at all costs, unless it's the only place to go. Terrible and only getting worse.

Standard baby bunting store but staff quality is super diverse. Some are really enthusiastic but some are as if forced to be there so be wary of the service-roulette". Prices are on PAR and but range is bigger but not sure how it stacks versus a store in a major city. Would also recommend looking online as we did and we noticed we could buy things 10-20% cheaper. So be mindful when you're going there and be ready to price check. You might be able to save a good 20-30%! Good luck"

Very worst experience, every time i visit the Fyshwick store . One of the store worker was very rude and didnt know any details of the products , but came forward to keep accusing me throughout my shopping. Will never visit Fyshwick store again . Pregnant mums or whoever it is , dont ever visit this store. If someone from the baby bunting org , pls take action against these kinda rude persons, for us to peacefully shop .

Five stars for the baby seat car seat installation service. You can book for a slot in advance and purchase car seat for pickup at the installation point. Special thanks to Emily who is always friendly and helpful :)

Poor service. By the time we finally got served, it took multiple trips to the stockroom to determine that the cot mattress we were after was unavailable.

I have almost purchased all of my baby’s staff from Fyshwick franchise. On March I wanted to refund the carrier which I pitched it from Belconnen store, However the carrier was in the box and didn’t use it at all.Because Fyshwick was closest to me I wanted to refund it there because I thought it’s near my house and as I’m a good customer, they will refund it for me quickly or giving me a credit. Unfortunately, the manager treated me badly, however I was with my Bub and she didn’t want to do the refund because I was purchasing the carrier from Belconnen franchise.Belconnen store did the refund for me, and I’m very happy with their customer service. I prefer to come a long way to purchase my baby’s staff from this store. And I recommend everyone don’t spend any cent in this store, doesn’t worth it at all.

Great new layout of store, large variety of products, generally helpful staff (when available). Usually it’s the times I go in needing assistance with a product that no one (staff) are available, and the days I’m just looking to browse that several staff members approach me (typical in every store?, everywhere). Easier to shop during the week than weekends as the staff are run off their feet. We were given poor advice by one sales assistant a couple months back when we were buying a 0-8 years car seat. We explained we wanted it to be harnessed all the way to 8 years. The one she recommended (and we ended up buying) uses the car seat belt after 4 years. As we were driving interstate the following morning, after we installed it, the store was closed and we couldn’t return it for another one. I do find Baby Bunting generally more expensive than other baby stores, so I always look elsewhere before making a purchase. I’m happy they do a price guarantee.
