Phil Cray and Sharon Lawn have been looking after us for over 12 years. They go above and beyond with their service, quick response, professionalism and care. They've never let us down and they do it all with a great sense of humour! I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was renting a place for 12 years when the old owner sold it and new owners bought it. When this happened Ray White The Gap took over the property. I felt very unsure of what was going to happen next, luckily Sharon Lawn from this real estate helped me by reassuring I would be ok.A few months later Sharon told me that the new owners wanted to renovate the place which means I would have to find a new place to live after 12 years! Luckily I was able to find a place quickly on my own and am very happy with my new home.Sharon was fantastic with prompt email replies during my tenancy and towards the end of my tenancy. Sharon was very quick to process my bond refund to the RTA and had been an absolute godsend through my last few months at my old rental.Thank you Sharon for your support and understanding through this whirlwind. I highly recommend Sharon Lawn to ease your mind through renting.

We had RayWhite The Gap managed our property for few years. I wouldn't recommend their services. We were charged again and again by their tradies to fix the house and at the end, after the tenants moved out, we paid 20k to solve the problems. The system is also messy that makes extremely hard to reconcile the bills.

I'm a tenant and the owner of investment properties. As a tenant I have a strong preference for a property manager, as I would expect most tenants. It provides the tenant additional value in services and security. From my perspective as a tenant I couldn't fault Sharon. She's been the best, most responsive and most honest agent I've ever rented from to be perfectly frank.

I’ve had Ray White The Gap manage our investment property for over 10 years now. They are always diligent with their oversight of the property and have fostered great relationships with the tenants. The current tenants are long term residents there and any maintenance issues are promptly reported and communicated. They have a great pool of trades to rectify any issues. Can’t fault the property management team at Ray White The Gap.
