All other companies in our complex collect at the time the gate is open,and you also collected at the time when the gate was open without any problems in the past,but it is very inconvenient. In the case of the last time, the trash was so full thatI had no choice but to put it out, but after collecting it, I had a lot of trouble with the trash scattered on the floor.Do I have to go through the trouble of putting the trash can outside again to meet your convenience and time this time?You guys have very strong dissatisfaction with the service.And I'm really offended why you guys charged us for the service after you got it late.If the time does not change, I do not want to keep the contract with you any longer. I also complain to you about these inconveniences.
