We spent $6500 and have regretted it ever since. We have yet to receive any updates and every time we call the store we get nothing but attitude. I wish we never bought from them and never will again. Be warned they do not have any cooling off period or cancellation policy. Staff need training.

Pretty disappointed with my experience here, especially when dealing with the owner Shaun.I would expect him to be more reliable and honest in his conduct but I guess that would be hard for him.Felt lied and cheated too, judging by the reviews about Shaun that’s his typical behaviour.Be warned if you wanted to be treated with respect as a customer i would go elsewhere.

Went looking for mattresses with my wife. Went around a few stores and I would have to say the staff at Forty Winks have the best customer service. Very trustworthy and honest people. They listened and cared about the issues I had and all the staff would help each other to help us.

We wanted a bed with storage and we got quoted for a standard??We were not informed there were different options - we clearly stated we wanted the same bed design (with storage) as the one on display at the store.Although I was happy to pay the price difference, they refused to exchange the bed as i had unwrapped it.Shane was unhelpful -asking me to order a new bed rather than exchanging or refunding the current order.Very disappointed with the outcome and how poorly Shane has managed the situation.

Shane from Forty Winks Crossroads helped my mother today and was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely patient, veru helpful and spent an hour explaining everything and gave her a excellent deal. Couldn't be happier with his service.

Went in to buy a mattress, to have an idea of everything, was really impressed, with the staff of forty winks , really helpful and supportive, special thanks to Sherene , he was really knowledgeable, explained everything in detail with patience and time. No rush . There bed match technology is really great. Would highly recommend Sherene and his team at forty winks.

came to FortyWinks at Crossroads with my partner just to browse the options they had. we were approached by Shane who was very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable. He had so much patience in explaining everything and showing us multiple examples, until we found the perfect mattress. he was a delight to have been served by. deserves a promotion!! very happy customers :)
