Goods arrived damaged with multiple dents on the bento box and because I threw away the mailing packet they wont do anything about it

These guys are hopeless. I ordered an Xmas gift from them on December 1 and three weeks later I'm still waiting for delivery. They claim they will send a shipping notification but they don't. When I contacted them asking for progress I get the 2-3 more days" line. When I contacted them a week later they didn't bother to reply
