The reason I start with rebalance naturally was that I was diagnosed with kidney disease 15yrs ago, which the doctors have no way of fixing and I have become disheartened with western medicine, I heard that there was something I could try and my journey started, 6months ago I started yoga which helped lower my blood pressure then about 2months ago with the help of a detox and diet tips from rebalance naturally I have noticed my blood pressure has stabilised, I am eating healthier, my forehead rash has all but gone, and I have lost a lot of weight which was not the goal but a positive side effect, the more I implement the strategies I’m learning the better I feel, I’m am excited to see what differences I see in my test results next time I go to the kidney specialist in a few months

Renee's Thai Yoga Massage left me feeling refreshed, clear and with a sense of clarity and focus. Renee's friendly and calming approach allowed me to relax for a full 90 minutes, taking time out for some much needed self care. Renee uses a combination of techniques including massage, yoga, oils and reiki and her techniques left me feeling amazing. Would absolutely recommend Renee.

I really enjoy doing yoga at Rebalance Naturally. The studio is a very relaxing space. Renee is lovely and very knowledgeable. Having had a serious illness in 2020, Renee helps me to rebuild my balance and strength in a supportive and calm way. I have been to other yoga and Pilates studios before but none compare to how good a class is at Rebalance Naturally.

I cannot recommend Renee and Rebalance Naturally enough. As a yoga instructor she is clear, helpful and generous. I have also had the wonderul experience of having a Thai Yoga massage from Renee.
