Have dealt with CSS a few times, service and advice is always helpful. Will be returning as I have yet another garden project to complete. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been dealing with them for years. We have been at mardi for 26 years. And been get our soil and other things from Aafjes in that time. They give great service and on time. Keep up the great service.

After discussing the best soil for my vegetable garden I received fantastic advice and service from the staff at Coastal Sand and Soil at Tuggerah. They recommended I try their premium organic soil which worked wonders in improving the quality of my soil. I couldn't eat all of my vegetables fast enough as they were growing so well. I will give you a 0 star if I am allowed to. Your website advertised that you close at 4pm, we arrived today 1st of March 2023, at 3:26pm only to be met by a very rude employee who told us that 'we had all day to pick up an order, why arrive now when he is about to close' and he proceeded to chuck the eftpos machine my way so that I can make payment. He was like a little child throwing a tantrum! When we told him that your website tells us that you close at 4pm, he told us that he still needs to 'pack things up', and proceeded to chuck things around, bang on the table.. What a way to treat paying customers, we are never coming back.

Had a load of topsoil and a few days later a load of crusher dust delivered recently. The drivers dropped the loads where required - saved a lot of double handling. Good range of products, excellent service, friendly staff and price competitive.

My first time visit here and we met Nick who has to be one of the best customer service help ever. I explained how I received soil from 2 soil places where I live that was absolutely disappointing at (pH 9-10) that ruined most of my plants. He brought out his pH tool and showed me the pH of all the soils, explaining which type of soil was better for containers/garden beds and basically giving me soil lessons…… He even showed me the wood ash they sell and how to use it specifically!I am a gardener and i do know quite a bit but Nick solved a lot of the tricky puzzles of gardening for me. So now he is my new hero!I’m excited already as i have soil which is the right pH and that has to be a bonus!Stand by for further updates on how well the soils perform.Chrissy & Joe

I read the lower post about the organic soil...which was never removed ..even though the dude tampered with his own soil mix and then blamed the landscape supplier...=p... So felt moved to post this to give you my experience, I bought 3 cubic meters of the premium organic soil in early Oct. Thought in was expensive , seems it is expensive everywhere ... so that's just how it is.. however, it's a lot cheaper than buying rubbish in bags from bunnings.. Anyway back on topic...All my vegie beds are growing great .. So i'm very pleased and can happily recommend them .

After discussing the best soil to fill my new veggie bed I ordered organic soil. I used half with some composted horse manure in my new veggie bed but my plants did nor grow, looked very sad after 2 weeks. When I checked the ph of the left over original soil it was 8-9. The soil is very poor quality, hard when dry. When I called for advise what to do the team was very unhelpful, advised me to go to a garden centre, no apology. I have since checked the soil in different places around the coast, there is plenty of good suppliers and much cheaper.
