I'm not one to write review, but the service Janelle provided was great. After having several negative experiences with a different local vet, Janelle was amazing to deal with (after hours emergency) and very reasonably priced They really do care about animals and not just money like some others! I won't be going anywhere else in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a genuine vet. I even received a follow up call the next day to check-in after our emergency the night before. Thank you!

Easter Saturday and my little Tenterfield Terrier cross took a turn for the worst. Contacted Moruya Veterinary Hospital and spoke with Anna. Over the phone consultation but decided to take Maurice in for a check. We were really well looked after and the advice was terrific. Off home and I’m pleased to say Maurice bounced back and is enjoying the rest of Easter.

I cannot fault the service, the professionalism or the incredible care of the staff here, especially Vet, Janelle. When I phoned one Sunday evening with concerns about my dog, Lucy, Janelle showed incredible compassion when advising she had cancer. When the mass became necrotic a few days later, Janelle did everything she could to take care of Lucy, & of me, whilst also being realistic about the possibility that she may not survive the surgery. She did, & 7 weeks later we're now facing the possibility of tumour recurrence.I know without a doubt that Janelle will do what's best for Lucy when the time comes, including guiding me towards the outcome I know will be best for her. Thank you. Honestly, thank you!!

I had visit here on a Sunday, the vet could not have been more understanding or helpful, my little dog needed to be put to sleep, the vet was very sympathetic and understanding, Thank You.

Couldn’t praise this veterinary hospital enough, the care my cat received from Janelle after having to take her in after hours on the weekend after suffering from a horrific accident. Janelle was prompt to respond to my emergency call and to meet me at the surgery, after the consult I felt assured my beautiful cat was in good hands and was going to be well looked after.

Went to this vet as we had a dog with issues on holiday. Outstanding service, and really helpful vet. Thank you and well done Moruya Vet Hospital, if you were my local vet I'd be a new regular customer.

Amazingly helpful when our pup had an emergency, stayed open to help us, and backed it up with some blood tests and a call to give us more advice about the results.
