To cut a quick birthday cake, do we have to take permission from Council?

Tidy little dog friendly beach. Shame about the big dog’s owner that let his beast attack a little dog that was there and rather than apologise he just ignored it and then when confronted he just laughed at them.

Located on Marieville Esplanade, Short Beach, like its name is short, about 200m long, shallow water and lots of action with the boats and rowing boats leaving off this beach. During summer you have a sea kayak company renting out kayaks. Dogs are allowed on this beach, Their is a fantastic children play ground, sheltered bbq, toilets and half basketball court. A great little beach to walk on, relax and read a book. Personally I would not swim here but my son does.

I enjoyed sighting lots of pretty dogs wandering around this small charming beach area. If you like dogs and small beach dunes this place is for you. Its a nice family park area.

Since 1996,when i moved to Sandy Bay,I have been walking there. Either alone, with one of my 7 children, friends,or the dog. I ALWAYS enjoy it. Its turned into a tradition in our family. Try it ........
