Let down by a rude service agent who gave me a quote and demanded immediate payment. When asked for 10 minutes to get my wallet and confirm, I was told to go elsewhere very rudely.

We hired a box from these guys and engaged them to come and pack the box at the house. Super professional, careful and got the job done in no time. The communication from the team overall from the start was excellent and their prices are reasonable with no hidden fees. Their online tools are also good. Excellent experience so far.

I really appreciate the choice of box size - we needed bigger than a Taxi box (but same price), but not 'enormous'. The customer service was excellent: the guys are prompt to answer the phone and went out of their way to try and accommodate us when we had a full day of rain when we were meant to be packing. I'd take off half a star for the tangled bundle of frayed straps that weren't as many as we asked for (but that was immediately taken off the bill when I raised it)... these should be included - and the box itself feels like it needs to be more secure, but I guess that's how they all are. Tip: It's worth calculating yourself, fairly exactly, how much you want to stash and then double it. Despite the size calculators all these services offer, there's no way you'll tetris things the way you'd like to.

The removalist guys who packed the smart box initially were fast efficient and very friendly. I was able to access my locker without any fuss and realised my furniture items were packed and wrapped very carefully to ensure no damage. It was a service worth paying for. I also thought the price of the locker was fair and reasonable and there were no sneaky hidden costs. I would definitely use Smartbox again and recommend them to others. One tip would be to get moving blankets a bit more cheaply on the usual buy and sell websites.

Easy and convenient, great customer service. I hired 2 men with my Uber box to load the box. Worked out really well. Would use them again.

Received my box early in the day (8AM) so had the whole day to pack. Box was much bigger than I expected which was a happy surprise so it was easy to fit all of my stuff in and lock up. Everyone I have dealt with at Smartbox has been super nice and helpful. Would definitely use them again for any storage needs.
