Unbeatable location with breathtaking views. Great place for breakfast or lunch right on the beach but without sandy feet. Tried a well thought shared menu in the Sunroom for a Corporate Event and everybody was happy.

Bathers' Pavilion
Great venue, very stylish with beautiful views of the beach. The food was good with decent portions, especially the side of bacon. The pancakes are definitely the must. However, the service is very lacking and really puts a stain on the experience. After being seated we were forgotten about. Diners that came after us had already received their food before anyone even came to take our order. We ordered 2 cappuccino's and mine never even came! It's a shame as with great service this place would easily be a 5 star venue.

The food has flavour... It surprised us how good the food tasted, from calamari and raw tuna dishes to mussels, pasta and pizza.The usual busy, but comfortable atmosphere and beautiful views make Bathers a great place to visit again and again. The service this time was a little pressured but didn't detract from a great afternoon / evening.

Had a 3 course meal at the restaurant on a sunny Saturday. Amazing view, elegant yet lively ambience and overall good service. The dishes looked and tasted great, but I have to say they didn’t WOW my taste buds as much as other places did. However, if you’d like to enjoy a decent meal in a nice environment, this place is great for it.

It was a very special occasion for my husband and I. We travelled from interstate to spend what was a wonderful week in Sydney. The Bathers Pavilion - The food was exceptional although once our lunch came to our table we were completely forgotten about. My husband had ordered a very expensive bottle of wine which he had to interrupt our lunch for to ask that it be poured EVERYTIME which was disappointing. We once again had to catch the eye of staff to ask for a dessert menu buy this stage we decided to pay our bill and go elsewhere.

Wedding Reception - Ray and the team at Bathers’ Pavilion did a wonderful job in planning and managing our wedding reception. From the extensive preparation beforehand (including through Covid lockdowns) to a beautifully organised reception event on our special day. The evening ran seamlessly, and the team took the pressure off so we could focus on enjoying every moment. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was (there was plenty of it!) and the room had an elegant yet relaxed feel. Thank you for helping to make our day so perfect.

We came here for a Saturday lunch. The place is beautiful, airy and located right in front of the beach. We ordered the king prawns, ocean trout, woodfired chicken and chips - the food was okay. Good service but the food came out very slowly.

Such an excellent Venue, the location, views, food and staff are all top shelf!! Balmoral island makes for the perfect location for a wedding ceremony and best of all it is a very short stroll to the venue! Ideal for couples who don't want a huge gap between the ceremony and reception, let's face it, who wants to miss out on canapés !
