Got a reptile enclosure 2nd hand, the bottom glass was cracked. Called many glass places trying to get the broken panel replaced. They all said no. Called this place - they said they probably would not be able to replace the panel but could patch it. Took it in - 2mins later he's pulled off the bottom frame and gone yep we can replace this and we'll use thicker glass so it wont crack again. Very good price for the work as well. I highly recommend this place. Who cares if it's out of a house" - you see that immediately in the picture google shows. It's on their website. You can go into google maps for a closer look. These guys have no shop. They are working from an old dump, covered in rubbish. The fish tanks on display are so dirty so you could not see the details of how poorly they are made compared to others. If you are happy to buy 'online' from this no refund/return/change shop based on photos that don't reflect the product and save a few dollars less"...go for it - after your bank transaction approved they wouldn't want to know you - no customer service whatsoever. My friend was going to write this, but she dosent use google. She was in here looking for a fish tank big enough for her and her hubby, but was very dissapointed when there was no fish tank. She then complemented them on their child labour ethics. She is a firm believer that once they can talk they can work in retail, so she was very pleased in their service skills.

I genuinely feel bad sharing my experience of this place because there’s got to be some kind of deep issue going on here. The place was filthy with rubbish, empty boxes etc all under the front stairs and front yard. Inside, there were many fish tanks that were extremely dirty, to a point you couldn’t see inside them, as were the walls also coated in dirt. There was rubbish on the ground inside where you walk in as well. The table where money is taken was covered in junk and receipts. I can’t really explain how the man was dressed but his shirt was totally covered in what looked like silicone and it was also torn. He seems very knowledgeable and passionate about his job, however the state of the business was sadly, extremely poor.

I seen a review about some lady complaining that it was out of a house and didn't have good enough signage. I walked in and brought a 2 foot breeder tank cheaper then what you pay for a second hand one on gumtree. All of there tanks that I viewed were quality built with nice thick glass with a good seal around them.

Very passionate friendly guy who is also very knowledgeable and shared info on how i can save money buying products for my turtle. He was able to build my custom tank in one day ONE DAY. His service customer service is amazing and called me the next day for pick up. I saw some people complaining about his house, you need to remember his house is also is working space it will get messy and he's been there for 20+ years. Cheap prices, 5 stars!

Went in to speak with a bloke about getting a new tank back in September. Nice man, took our details and said he would get back to us after returning from holidays. Weeks went by with no call back. My husband contacted them in regards to this and was hung up on by the first person he spoke to. He rang back and spoke with a lovely woman who informed him that they would get back to him. That was 3 weeks ago. Customer service is very poor.

Well built tanks. Help the small companies not the major chains. Friendly courteous gentleman was more than happy to assist daughter buying her first tank. Made the experience a pleasure.

I ordered a 6x2x2 tank and stand from these guys and the pricing was fine but when the tank arrived the build quality is shocking. The glass edges are sharp and would definitely cut your hands. The silicone sealing is very messy and there are heaps of smudges on the tank which I can not remove. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. If you want a cheap tank this is the place but don't expect it to be built professionally.
