I’ve always been so appreciative of Supercheap’s helpful approach to customer service, however today at Supercheap Auto Rouse Hill I encountered Brayden, one of the rudest people I’ve ever met.During my first interaction with Brayden, I asked for a product recommendation, and was met with an incredibly sarcastic and patronising reply, being made to feel as if I was a huge inconvenience to him.Due to the blunt and unhelpful response I received from Brayden, I actually had to return to the store a second time, as it turned out the product wasn’t suitable for my vehicle (Brayden would have been able to have identified this if he was an active participant in the conversation I was trying to have with him).Upon returning to the store a second time and informing Brayden that the product was unsuitable, instead of being met with an apology, and Brayden taking this opportunity to assist a customer he had already let down, Brayden actually doubled-down with his sarcastic and patronising remarks, making me once again feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him.Not everyone is a car expert, and I would expect a certain level of patience and understanding from Supercheap staff who’s job ultimately is to assist customers with making purchases. I am so disappointed that ego-driven individuals like this man are allowed to act this way by Supercheap Auto.

Went in to the store to find a USB-C car charger. Hollie served me, and was incredibly rude about the whole ordeal. When I asked if they were able to check if any other stores had the item in stock, they rolled their eyes and refused to answer back, so I wasn’t sure if they heard me. When I re-stated my question, Hollie said “yeah I heard you. I just said it quietly and you didn’t hear me.” I would recommend shopping at another SCA store when the person with mid-length blonde hair is behind the counter. CJ is lovely, though.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasmine and CJ today. Jasmine was so helpful and lovely, she is an asset to this store and company! CJ worked at lightning speed to change my headlights and wipers and did it all with a smile on his face and warm demeanour. What a great team at SuperCheap Auto Rouse Hill! PS - I was there just before closing time and after a long day, both Jasmine and CJ still displayed incredible customer service.

One of my go to Supercheaps, Sabir and the rest of the team always help me out. Click and Collect is quick. Store is big, but tidy and well marked out. Their displays and parking standout quite a bit from the rest.

This is the best Super Cheap I’ve ever visited. Attentive staff, and for once enough staff to service the load of customers.Multiple staff members were able share their opinion on detailing gear and all were enthusiastic about cars themselves. One even showed me their “after” result on their car.Definitely my new Auto Store despite travelling from a few suburbs away.
