Bella Nail Spa

I came here for my nails. I booked an appointment at 12:30. I waited for 40 mins to get my nails started. They dont consider appointment booking at all. Whether you book appointment or not you will be treated in same order. I approached them multiple time as I came in my work break but they havent even considered my booking. I will not recommend them due to very poor customer service. They over commit the work than their usual capacity.

Niece always gets her nails done here and they do a fantastic job. 6-8 weeks and nails are still pristine. No sign of damage even with house hold chores etc. Going to go next time I'm on that side of town

I had a pedicure and manicure done here over a month ago. Before reviewing I try to take in to account on how a negative review can affect a business but I feel this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.I walked in and instantly felt rushed. It was midweek, midday and about 3 customers to 8 employees who were having a conversation 90% of the time I was there (fine by me, just confused as to why it felt rushed).There’s a few things I think are worth mentioning:- When I walked in the service I was greeted with compared to the next 2 people (by the same employee) was completely different. Very attentive VS unbothered.- The person who done my pedicure used the UV light for 15-20sec (if that) at most. My usual experience the UV light is very rarely done at 30sec or even 40sec.- The polish used is at poor quality. Exactly 5 days after I had them done it had faded. It actually started fading just under 2 days after (at the event I got them for).I usually go to Craigieburn Central but thought to try this nail salon being 2 mins down the road from my home. Would 100% recommend driving an extra distance elsewhere for quality and service.

I booked appointment 1:30pm and waited 30 minutes then i asked them to do nails as photo. They just put gel nail paint on my nails and designed cost me $55. for 10 minutes.Nail design doesn’t look good.? I told them i happy to pay whatever the price will be but wants same look. Wrose experience i had it.

Compliments received for my nails from husband and colleagues at workplace, all thanks to Bella Nail (especially to Kim who served me).I tried SNS powder nail paint on my own nails a week ago and it turned out good.Felt there is some connection between Self-confidence and Grooming.. will visit again.

Returned to this nail salon after 5 year as I had very bad experiences in the past. I was happy with their service this time. Hope it stays the same.

This is my first time at Bella Nail Spa and I absolutely love it. They had an appointment system, I was served quickly and the staff were so friendly. My nails look amazing and I enjoyed my experience. I will definitely go again.

I was doing my pedicure and kept on telling the girl to do it slowly but she dint listen instead started laughing with her friends .For my manicure one side my nails were short and the other side was long . Is this how you people do nails and when we tell them they start fighting .This is the girl . I would never go to this place again .
