Very helpful. Although I did had a problem previously paying cash during covid. So I think it depends on who serves you ?Easy parking. Reasonably quick service.

NRMA cut my insurance without inform me. Drove 3 weeks without knowing it. It still takes money from me notwithstanding having being informed to finish my contract. Staff inept and arrogant. Surprise, offices in the Philippines. Tax me 10% for services. It is an offence to civic moralirty. Yes, good Australian company. Too much of a gentleman to express my heart felt oppinion.

Came in today to get a IDP, and found the store shut. All good if the staff are having a long weekend off, but disappointed you didn’t put it on your website. It would of saved me a trip in and my time.
