Nice little town which seems to focus on tea. Has some nice little shops to look around and also has some walking tracks. Seems to get busy as well so can be hard to find a parking space.

Sassafras was a favourite place of mine to go walking in the mini rainforest, then eat at Miss Marple's tea room, and check out the boutique shops.

Sassafras Township
It's one of my favorite places to go for a day trip. It's an old English village hidden in Mount Dandenong rain forest. Even though it's a small place I could spend the whole day there wandering around and enjoying the beauty of the nature. It's very colorful during sunny months and in full bloom. There are some nice Cafes. And also could pop into the souvenir shops and toy workshop.
