Fitstop Coolum is such a welcoming and supportive gym, I love it! The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable and I love that they all make the effort to know your name and say hi.The vibe is very positive and everyone encourages each other to achieve their goals. Highly recommend!

What a place! After moving from melbourne 4 months ago I was introduce to fitstop and it’s changed my life, I’m healthier, can lift heavier and the community and friends I have made is incredible. Love fitstop!

Highly recommend fitstop coolum!! I moved to coolum last year with my young family. Joining fitstop has linked me in with such an awesome, like minded community!! Fitstop challenges my fitness goals in various ways, but mostly it's the community at fitstop which can brighten my day :)

Fitstop Coolum
I’ve only been going to Fitstop for two months now, but I absolutely love i!! It’s more challenging then F45 but doesn’t have the excessive Olympic lifting and movements of CrossFit. It’s the perfect blend! Every gym would differ though I imagine depending on the owner, trainers and all round vibe. This gym is five stars in all areas! I’ll settle in here for a long while. Thanks for making me feel so welcome :)

I have been to many gyms & I can honestly say Fitstop Coolum is the best gym on the Sunshine Coast. Ryan, Amanda, Mel, Liv & all the trainers are incredible! The community is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced! I am genuinely excited to wake up at 4:30am and train with a bunch of legends!!All levels of fitness welcome & all people welcomeSo much love for this place!

Fitstop Coolum is an amazing little community, it is definitely more than just a gym. Not only are the staff extremely supportive but so are all the members. Very warm and welcoming environment. Ryan, Amanda, Mel, Liv and all the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful. They will help you get the best out of yourself.

LOVE Fitstop Coolum! The coaches are amazing, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan and Amanda have created a welcoming and friendly studio ensuring everyone feels like part of the family. Get in for an awesome workout that’s tonnes of fun and without a doubt will get you the results. Being a sweaty mess has never been so much fun. Would highly recommend.
