Came here for the first time yesterday. After signing up, there was an issue loading the game I came to play. However staff were very helpful and willing to resolve the issue, giving me free time on the best computer and issuing a full refund when the game still couldn’t load. They assured me it will be up in a few days, will definitely return. Friendly staff, good service, clean computers!

Very nice, although $5.5/hour for an i5-7500, 1070 is IMO a bit pricy. Kinda loud, clicky keyboards, mouse has several DPI settings, ~400, 800, 2000 I think. When I went in, everyone was quiet although there were only 10 people. Staff member was pretty cheerful. Also the mouse is like 130g or something, gets slowed by the mousepad as well.

Totally a horrible place. Bad service,especially the man who with big beard. Never come again

Great environment with clean computers that have very nice set ups such as curved screens and runs great. People there are very chill. It has a great service where you can order food and drinks to your computer without even getting up and the bubble tea is great. It is also relatively cheap as well with the owners very nice. Would defiantly recommend.

Wang yu is the best and the staff member with the long hair vlad are so helpful and very nice I have been going there with my mate George for a few months can't speak of the guy with the Kong hair is the best and the girl candice very good

This is a nice place for chilling and playing games. The hosts were very understanding and welcoming.I came in one day wanting to play some fortnite but the game wasn't updated. The update was chewing up my play-time as it was gonna take an hour. The host was so understanding and kind that he gave me a free hour of playtime meaning I could play the game for my full 2 hours.As far as the computers go, they are very clean and regularly sanitized. I find no trouble running fortnite on the monster series PC's.The only cons I would mention is that the price-per-hour is pretty expensive for a student like me and the other con would be that they don't make bubble tea anymore due to the lockdown and the opening hours have changed since covid.Bottom line this is a fantastic internet cafe to come and spend time with friends in :)

Not a great experience. Internet is lagging at times and fps drops on low settings in CSGO. Not very impressive.

Good and powerful hardware for eSports but not a really clean place.
