That has to be the worst fast food experience I've had. Ordered online to start, only to get a phone call 10 minutes later when I'm almost at the store to tell me they're out of chicken" and if I want a refund

It was a great experience eating in. Store was clean and well organised. Staffs were very polite and well serving. Burgers were very soft and delicious. Definitely gonna visit again.

Highly Susceptible in getting your online order wrong, in the past 3 visits they’ve always had something wrong or missing from the order. Tonight was my crunchy slaw which was supposed to be part of my meal box. Last time no basting on the leg and it came with original chilly. The order prior that completely wrong to the point I had to go back to the place. Otherwise food is ok. Hard to not go back but frustrating that I’ll have to literally check infront of them before I take the bag.

Staff working in extremely hot environment, all aircons are out of order. I guess owner/company do not care much for the staff or customer’s experience. Get your air cons restored please!!!

Food was cold, tasted stale and chips were soggy. We were missing our 2 chocolate mousse and the chips were cold and soggy. Very unacceptable. The chicken tenders were fried up , overcooked , burnt and dry. The vegan burger meal had virtually no avocado or tomato and was cold and soggy. The double bondi burger was soggy and cold.As a local Earlwood resident I have ordered at Oporto numerous times before BUT NeVER again.For 70 bucks the food was the worst I have ever tasted. Do not recommend.I have photos of the burnt dried out chicken tenders which I wish I could attach.

Rocked up at 8:50 and was advised I cannot sit inside even though it closes 10 and there's no drive through.Ran out of Bondi bites and Bolas (and probably alot more if I had kept asking).

New management, quite attentive staff for a fast food place! Meal delivered to my seat, fresh chicken & extra Bondi sauce added as requested (some other Oporto's skimp on this).

The place looks like it's a monotone of the Oporto logo, mostly black. A splash of grey would have added colour. Quality of food is a big drop from the original burgers back in the 90s and 2000s.
