We emailed Kelly and Richard with an urgent request for firewood for a family member.They responded promptly to our email enquiry and although they were very busy they delivered firewood the following day. I cannot speak highly enough of Richard and Kelly from Timboon firewood services. Not only are they very reasonably priced, their service is exceptional.The care and compassion they showed my very elderly parents was very appreciated.They even placed the wood in an easy to access spot ensuring my parents didn’t have to lift anything.We would not purchase our wood from anyone else, the wood was dry and burnt beautifully.
