I don't usually write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience on Monday. Julie, a lovely lady, greeted and assisted me. She went above and beyond in assisting me in finding the perfect foundation for me and the correct shade. She didn't stop until she found what was best for me, and she also gave me some primer samples to help with my foundation. I will return and hope to be helped again by her. Excellent customer service! Thank you very much, Julie.

Never will I ever shop at Mecca. Their loyalty program is terrible and will never go back to the Liverpool store. I actually love shopping at Sephora and Myers’s. It a much more pleasant shopping experience.

I visited Mecca Liverpool yesterday (Saturday) and amber was amazing! She was so patient and so helpful with all I was looking for, especially considering how indecisive I was. She helped me understand what was best according to what I wanted, along with what worked best for my skin tone and texture. She taught me so much about my skin type to help me in future shopping and was so attentive to my previous experiences with products I was looking for and helped me find products that were perfect for what I was after and it felt so good finally having products that worked for me! On top of that her interpersonal skills and customer service was amazing, not only to me but to the customers I saw her work with around me. She is definitely an asset to the team and was my most positive experience in any makeup store as of yet. Would definitely return to Liverpool and recommendcan’t wait to be served by amber again xx

Amber is such a talented makeup artist, she knew what she was doing by giving me tips and techniques how to apply makeup. I am really happy with my visit today. You did an amazing job finding my colour, I love it. I wore it tonight and got many compliments.

Such a kind experience. I came in not knowing much about my skin care or makeup. I spoke to Phylisha and she was so kind and understanding and took her time to explain things to me and how they work. She didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing anything but genuinely helped me. I’m more confident now after talking to her :)
